Why Kelesto

You have the data. What should you do with it today?

Kelesto brings your sleep, heart, activity and training history into one view. It compares today with your own baseline and works out the context behind your Recovery, Stress and Load, so you can decide how to approach the day.

Apple Watch records Apple Health stores Kelesto explains

The familiar moment

You slept. You trained. You still have to decide.

The numbers are all there: sleep stages, heart rate, HRV, workouts. What is harder is reading them together, against what is normal for you, before the day starts.

  • If you’re getting back into it

Three weeks in and I feel flat. Is that normal, or should I ease off?

  • If you train most days

My legs feel fine, but the week has been heavy. Push today, or hold?

The idea

Today, measured against you.

A reading means little on its own. An HRV that is ordinary for one person can be low for another. Kelesto compares today with your own recent history, your baseline, and reads sleep, recovery signals and training load together. The more history it has, the more personal that comparison becomes.

Recovery score · last 28 days

Example chart: Recovery score, on a scale of 0 to 100, for each of the last 28 days. A shaded band marks an example usual range of 62 to 80. 24 of 27 recorded days fall inside it, and one day has no data. Over the last four days the score falls from 63 to 41 today, below the range.

Today’s score sits below the usual range, at the end of a steady four-day drop.

The range here is set for this example; it is not how Kelesto calculates yours. A description of today, not a diagnosis and not an instruction.

What you get

Three things get clearer.

01 · Today

Know where today sits.

Kelesto calculates your Recovery and Stress from signals such as heart rate, HRV, resting heart rate and movement, then explains what moved them. You see why today reads the way it does, not just a number.

02 · Training

Train with the full picture.

Your week of sessions sits beside your recent load and recovery. When load is high and recovery is low, Kelesto may suggest keeping today’s session controlled. The plan is still yours to follow or change.

How the guidance works

03 · Over time

See the pattern behind the weeks.

Kelesto charts your trends across weeks, months and quarters, and builds a monthly progress report you can save as a PDF. Useful on the days when progress doesn’t feel like progress.

Why you can trust it

It tells you what it knows, and what it doesn’t.

Kelesto works from the Apple Health data you allow. Its insights depend on wearing your Watch, including overnight for sleep, and on having enough recent measurements. When the data is thin or out of date, the app says so rather than guessing.

No trend line until there is enough history to draw one.

Your health data

Kelesto has read-only access to the Apple Health data you authorise, and you can change that at any time. Authorised data is processed on your device and in Kelesto’s cloud systems where needed for account sync, trends, reports and insights. Kelesto does not sell health data or use it for advertising.

Before you download

What do I need?

An iPhone running iOS 17 or later, and an Apple Watch. Kelesto reads your Watch data through Apple Health on your iPhone, so there is no separate Watch app to install.

What does Kelesto ask permission to read?

iOS asks which Apple Health data Kelesto may read, such as sleep, heart rate, resting heart rate, HRV, workouts, steps and energy. You choose what to allow and can change it at any time in Apple Health or iOS Settings. Kelesto only reads; it never writes to Apple Health. Leaving something off may make related insights less personal or unavailable.

Is it free?

Kelesto is free to download. Kelesto Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly, six-monthly or annual, bought through the App Store. Apple shows your local price and what is included before you confirm.

Is there a free trial?

Eligible new subscribers may be offered a free trial. Apple decides eligibility and shows the trial length and terms before you confirm. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, it becomes a paid subscription at the price and frequency shown. You can cancel in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Full details are in the Terms of Use.

Is Kelesto medical advice?

No. Kelesto provides general wellness information. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat anything. If something feels wrong, talk to a healthcare professional.

Tomorrow morning, the data will be there again. This time, read it against your own normal.
